Joe R having his all employee GNT webcast today. Hoping we have Uncle Rico for more motivational football inspiration. Of course, Joe let some people go last week, so perhaps he can afford another former NFL great like Tony Romo.

but lets take a PAUSE and checks.just do more work and make sure you finish before the time they give you as they cut the times down.so do more faster but remember to PAUSE and take it slow to go faster...lol so work harder and faster for less.
@1ley+1uzAiuu7 Back when Bell Atlantic 1st merged with Nynex, Joe was an operations manager within whatever they called their group that handled the ATM & Frame Relay switches in NY. I had to talk to him several times, over how we were handling building out a network that originated in Bell Atlantic, that was being expanded into the north. There were some operational differences as to how things were handled, because in BA the same tech handled end to end connections within the switches, whereas in NY & NE that same function was handled by up to 3 different techs. Each looking at the exact same screen on the same system, but doing a different part of the same connection. For those of us in BA, this was a mind-blowing waste of time & manpower... But in NY & NE it was the norm, as each function was considered a different Union job function. In BA, it was all done by a Union tech with the same title, therefor it was done by the exact same single tech, & not requiring hands on by 3 different techs on 3 different access terminals using the same software.
In the end we got what we needed to be built. Of the 2 things I wanted to be done, I won one, & lost one. We both agreed on the outcome, based on what was needed. I felt he knew his networks very well... & understood what we were trying to do right off the bat, not needed multiple explanations.
So NO, he didn't start at "Starbucks"... but flowed up from operations.
Though I have no idea how he does his current job, as I moved out of the department that had to deal with the NY & NE ATM & FR networks back in 2003... and retired a few years ago. But I highly doubt he wants to see all the work go to India, like most of the current c-suite & Hans.
where did joe russo come from..was he like a star buck's manager
When does contractor backfills start?
Don't expect too much from Vz or any other SP 500 companies. Look at Blackrock for answers. They own a slice of stock in many of the SP500 corps. With that power, they can pretty much appoint their own "chosen" people to the Board of Directors. If true, how much power could they have.
I read Blackrock was meeting with Ukraine about the post-war rebuild months ago. If true, they make money on the we-pon sales used in the war and then more money on the rebuild. All that paid for by US government. I'm sure none of this could be true.
But, I'm sure none of that is true, only rumors.
BTW, Hans is on the board at Blackrock.
Joe Russo continues to fail up...
