Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Rigged

The stock has got to be rigged. I knew by posting the stock soaring comment would cause it to go south. It was a test and man was i right. Watch it tank back to $16.00. What an incredible game the company plays

How do we un-rig the stock? Do we reported it to the FTC and put it on their watch list?

So how does the stock market work? Who are the people setting AT&T stock price? And why are they so against AT&T stock that they set the price so low?

What kind of loser says a stock is tanking after one day of losses. Butthurt managerment no doubt.

$T and $VZ trade a bit like a long duration bond. When interest rates go down like they have been recently, the price goes up. This because this business is capital-intensive and requires debt/loans to finance the capital - and when the interest rates on that debt go down, it flows to the bottom line.

Stocks with any kind of a dividend have been on a tear recently because fed says they will lower rates. Out of bonds into divvy stocks. Today good macro reports were dampening belief of a larger rate cut so divvy stocks fell. On fundementals the market has priced Att stock much much lower than its competitors.

We told you.
It’s macro, not fundamental.
It’s a garbage stock for a garbage company, why do you think none of the finance bros or technical folks with degrees hold it?
Lol.
