Wells Fargo executives should be held accountable for their negligence in Denise Prudhomme's death. Is there a Wrongful Death lawsuit in the works?

The manager looks like he wasn't managing. Security looks like it wasn't securing and janitors look like they weren't janitoring. Such negligence.
If she had a condition and they were pushing for her to RTO, I most certainly would hope someone would submit a wrongful death suit.
xve+1uy5kWz6: she likely lived alone. Why would family members even know that there is something amiss. I am over 60, live alone and certainly don’t check in with family members on a daily basis.
No offense this is id--tic. C-suite doesn’t do walk through of the floors that’s on security.
Now you know what safe and effective was really for, and why SP pushed it at WF. You will continue to see employees dying young. It's not slowing down, it's getting worse and it won't stop.
My question is where was security all this time? Our security walks around and even acknowledges people. Especially if you are working in an area where there aren't many other people sitting! This is the 3rd death to happen onsite since I started at WF. One, the dude fell out near the picnic tables with a heart attack. They called 911 and when they drive off with him you could see our building manager telling janitors to spray the sidewalk off with a Waterhouse.its disgusting. They dont care. Nothing was said to the people that worked in the building or directly with the poor guy.
@rac+1uy5kWz6 Thx Charlie for your empathy
This is a sh!+post. And I’m no WF fanboy.
The wrongful part is that she was gone that long and no one in her family knew she was missing. How does that even happen??
Good. You all need something to do. Go sit in the office like the rest of us free range slaves.
Nope don’t even involve the manager because she is based on the East Coast. We have a lot of situations like that. All this talk is going get us back in the office 5 days a week again…
Why would there be? If anything, their manager or whoever they report to should be put on leave for an investigation in to why they didn't report no contact.
