Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

All sorted out

I thought it was management and the current environment that was making my work life so stressful but after discussing with my management it is now clear that all of Wells problems are my fault and I should just jump off a bridge to correct the problem . Glad that is all cleared up.

Definitely (mis)management’s fault, not yours.

Please don’t jump off anything. You’re valued more than you know — even if it isn’t by WF.

Calling everyone a Software Engineer fixes everything and making them take the AZ900 tests fixed everything!

The original post was tongue-in-cheek, meant to be funny, right? Gave me a good laugh...so thank you because I needed a good laugh :)
I think I am at the point of if I don't laugh, I'll cry. Now back to trying to ignore the black cloud of displacements.

Typical passing the blame. Scapegoat tactics. I was once told earlier in one of my jobs that I would be put on performance improvement if I did not sell a service to my Customer. I did not. Put down my papers and went to greener pastures. I know the market is not the same now. Still sending you best wishes. You are perfect. You are whole. Do not fall for other’s traps. Own your life - at work and play. Best wishes.
