I’m happy that District 3 and 9 actually worked hard for their union members. District 6 is a joke and is weak. I am so ashamed to be part of D6.

Yes, I'm in district 6 and a few years ago when our contract was coming time for a new contract we were all excited (as normal) to see what the new negotiations might look like. The all of a sudden, out of the blue, district 6 told us our existing contract had been extended as is, no ratification vote, no discussion, that's the way it is.....
They showed their true colors, we pay them AND we work for them, shut our mouths and do whatever they say...........
Actually that's no different than any union, CWA district 6 just finally got tired of playing like they work for us and just told us to shut up and go away, bend over and like it..
D9 is a joke. They always let d3 stand up to the company. Two contracts in a row and the Southeast is the only one that will stand up for what’s right.
Wait i dont understand ...are you saying that theae districts work independently of the International ????? Makes no sense
"Either move to a new district or move to a new job. Problem solved.
Oh, or become a union steward and or try to get on the negotiating team."
D6 union requires you to put out, unless that has changed since the Prez ran off to Austin, better off moving to a new district.
D6 just put everyone on the purple contract and nobody had say. It was take it or leave it.
Well let’s not get ahold of ourselves here . It appears district 3 negotiators and employees worked hard went on strike , lost pay and came out successful in their plights.
District 9 negotiators on the other hand really haven’t done anything to brag about at all. District 9 employees said no to a TA and the company and D9 came back with another TA just adding retro pay. Looks like D9 is still in the same boat as D6. Duds.
D3 can you lend over your negotiators and leaders over to D9? Please and thank you
Not so fast. Stankey loves Texas. He will take care of the homeland!

Move?
