Does anybody here work in Apparel GSM? This org and teams have gone to s#!t. We basically got rid of all the leaders that actually knew what they were doing and replaced them with new people from different orgs that don’t have a clue what is going on or how to build a successful strategy against it. I don’t have any respect for any of our current leaders. Specially the way they got rid of our MVPs. What a mess! My team’s morale is at an all time low. I’m just going in to collect a paycheck at this point. I am actively looking for a new job and hope to jump this ship soon.
The whole company environment right now is toxic. Everyone I speak to has the same sentiment. No wonder the stock is at an all time low.
