I missed my opportunity to opt into VSP with the release dates of September 2024, December 2024 and March 2025. Will this program be offered again and soon? I’ve heard that if not enough employees opted in for VSP it will be offered again without time with company limitations… any truth to that?

OP - You have more than 6 weeks to opt in VSP, how can you possible miss it ?
There will not be another anytime soon. Just your regular old RIFs. How could you miss your opportunity unless you were in an excluded group?
No truth to it. I suspect that there will be groups which did not hit their target that will have RIFs. I also suspect that groups which were not eligible will either be opened up for VSP or will be impacted with RIFs before March.
I heard it had been 13 years before the 2018 VSP, obviously it was 6 years to this one. Hopefully they will tee up another one 6 years from now or earlier.
