so, i like out in the sticks, and my RSA account is locked out. I called the helpdesk and they stated they are unable to assist for now. They stated that i would need to come into the office or an approved alternative office. what gives? did something happen that they are unable to do this now?

Yes, you have to go into a WF location right now to get reset using the token maintenance site. Help desk staff have been instructed they cannot reset RSA accounts right now.

You can unlock it yourself at the Token Maintenance site.
@Fewfffsdf they stated as of something sent out to them, they can't do that until further notice and i need to find an office location

- wait for menu after Auto Unlock of existing passwords and speak to a technician… the will unlock it for you - I had to do this recently
they seemed to not know much but said they were reading off something that was sent to them. they stated noone can help. I think something fishy happened.. and i'm stuck and' cant work..
I would call back and talk to a different person.
