Employee survey results are bad. The comms team is scrambling to cover it up. They are afraid to open up the chat at the next all hands meeting. The VP’s are all trying to save themselves on the comms team.

Duh. You leave people wondering for months if they have a job. Then you layoff a bunch of people, but have no real strategy for where all their work goes. People are still worried the next shoe will drop.
HR is not sharing it. The results will not be good. But trying to spin it is worse.

They are so bad that the leadership is scared. I hope the board will take a look at the survey results !
