Guidance lowered for FY25. Stock will collapse to 54-58.
They might announce CEO departure, which can save the stock from disaster.

Full year outlook to be revised downward and stock price drops to 69.

Rev -10% as per guidance. EPS flat to LY better than analyst projections. It’s all about the full year outlook. If revised downwards, stock will dive to 65 - 70 bucks.

Loss p*rn.

Delayed earnings call. All insiders that are remotely financially literate are steadily decreasing their stake at the company. Ackman's temporary magic gone - activists cannot do much here and he seems to be a typical wallstreet su---r for cost-cutting (hello, Valeant).

The announcement of 'we'll have a loss in Q1' was a controlled explosion but things will get worse before they get better.
