I say fire all of the useless people , reduce management ranks by 50%, cut every department by 50% and replace with outsiders with no relationship to their hiring managers.
What ya think?

Humana has turned to be a toxic place after being forced to pay for Medicare dr-g claim later this year filed by its former employee 7 years ago. Reduction in workforce is necessary to resolve the issue in Q4 again.
So many experienced people have left our department that no one can even answer questions for the production team now.
And we wonder why it's breaking???
The younger generation is driving our business into the ground. Too many excellent leaders were told to retire early and make room for new talent. What a freaking joke. We need wisdom and experience not fresh new talent. Plus no one I've met under the age of 30 wants to work anyway. Bunch of whiners all of them! Bring back Donna and Jim!!

Maybe your problem is thinking too much. Unnecessarily too much.
I saw two talented people left because old, inefficient and ineffective team members were kept on by managers who didn’t optimize for the company.
Too many older people with baggage issues and most need to be let go.
Unless we clean house, we will all suffer.
Did Trump write this post? I swear it sounds like some off brand he-l version of the apprentice.
You're fired!! You're ALL fired!! lmfao
Me thinks cutting management by 50% is a great idea because boy have we added a lot of leaders over the last year. Cutting every department by 50% and bringing in outsiders probably isn’t the best idea though because training outsiders takes 6-12 months. I do agree we need fresh blood that know what they’re doing.
I want whatever you’re smoking, OP. It’s some good stuff.
Do you think? I mean really think? Humana is so tied up in rules and regulations for Medicare, CMS and all the rest. Humana is now a reactive contracting health insurance company. they can't act fast enough to get out of their own way. Over the last ten years, or the BB tenure at least, has been filled with rushes from one project to the next. In those years Humana has written checks it's can't afford, made promises it can't keep and played fast 'n' loose with the law. If you can get out do so. Humana is the new Well Care. Look out for men in black suits and shades.
