Primarily to see employees sentiments and reactions (they are in management, for a reason) and often adding comments to justify Cisco LRs with their own reasoning, but mostly down voting relevant employee’s comments on current state of affairs and the toxic work place Cisco ELT and VPs have created, and are responsible for.

Everyone needs to understand that putting the word "Confirmed" doesn't magically make the post any more valid than leaving that word out. There seems to be an underlying belief where "the post says Confirmed, so we know for sure it's true!". All it does is add 9 letters to the length of the post, nothing more.

you let good talent leave and they formed competitors like juniper and zoom.
maybe if your products were selling beyond govt contracts you wouldn't need to lr all the time and there would be real r&d?

Yeah, sure. Execs have nothing better to do with lives their lives (such as be on golf courses or sip cocktails) other than be on this site and indulge in conspiracy theories. And take the trouble to downvote !diot!c, unfounded, unsupported claims. The execs don't give a sh!t for any of this or who they LR and how the workforce takes it. They have their salariesand have better things to do with their lives such as and treat mo--ns like the OP like dirt because that's what they/you deserve.

What HR and Directors are going to do after watching this thread
There is a big sc-m in recruiting and hiring. Hiring managers are onboard their friends, ex-collegues and relative. Some HR onboard DEI candidates with pressure from top
This is unstoppable. In last 2-3 months 99% requisitions were fake or floated for a pre-identified candidates. Why the heck Cisco should hire external and fire internal ? that to people with 10+ years of experience. If they lag in performance then HR should warning for them to be back on track.
