Current "CCOG Executive" TH, fearless leader of all BISO's, under the CISO was herself the "CISO" at Randstad for less than a year before coming to Wells during our DE&I hiring bo-m...

I guess this explains why she lasted less than a year there...

There are no such "Client Service Executive" roles at Deloitte or EY. The role is Client Service ASSOCIATE.... Guess what they do? "...work closely with our staff, preparing documents before client meetings, organizing sales and presentation materials, compiling meeting notes, and setting up client access for new accounts."

Sadly, TH leads more than the BISO teams. Her latest reorg and procedure moves, designed in isolation, are her weak attempts to save her a$$. She is out of touch with her teams and not engaged with them. With a non-cyber aware CISO, her weaknesses will not be exposed until AFTER she has ruined the information security org and the lives of 60+ people she is trying to layoff.

TH needs to go!

Someone thought a few months of information security experience at a temp agency was enough to lead the business information security officers at Wells Fargo? Wow! Just Wow!
