With all the drama between outages, security breaches, strikes, DTV/ESPN/Disney etc. don’t forget we are STILL waiting on the culture survey results. Tom Petty’s “I won’t back down” plays in background.

I doubt it will go up, no one is happy in the hubs either.
Everyone is just getting saddled with more work, losing team mates, etc.
The hubs are overloaded - it all just su-ks.
I talk to people from all of the hubs except Seattle daily, it isn’t any better.
I'll be surprised if they do another survey before they feel like everything's been consolidated in the hubs - they figure all the discontents are people out in markets that are shutting down offices & once everyone gets back to the office and enjoys some "collaboration", the numbers will go back up.
“ It's September. Where's the employee engagement survey? Did they cancel that, too?”
Yes, or they’re waiting for after some of the “off payroll” milestone dates
“Didn't they simply decide not to release the results of whatever the last major survey was?”
Yes, that’s exactly what happened because they couldn’t find a way to spin or massage the results to look positive.
Didn't they simply decide not to release the results of whatever the last major survey was?
“It's September. Where's the employee engagement survey? Did they cancel that, too?”
Probably because they know it’s going to be dogshit.
They also said the culture survey wouldn't be replacing the annual employee engagement survey, and we'd be seeing that later in the year. It's September. Where's the employee engagement survey? Did they cancel that, too?
No one cares. We all know the culture su-ks.
I always liked Tom. Can we have a moment of silence to remember Mr. Tom Petty.
Followed by the end credits, and Petty's " Even walls fall down " .
Crashing by design....
