I just got rehired and started a couple weeks ago ain Aetna Dental in California. Some people have been talking about layoffs has anybody heard anything in my department? Not sure why they would be hiring if they just plan on laying off.

Probably safe. Last year those laid off were, for the most part not new. They like to get rid of those that have worked hard and make more than the newbies. Who gives a sh-t about experience and dedication. JS
Don’t listen to rumors it will just eat you up and they never end.
Also, no one that knows anything will post it here until it happens. People are so nervous they post about meetings and how people are acting and read too much into it.
