I heard that lists are being prepared for all the employees to know their skill set so wondering what to expect from this? Does anyone have more insights into this ?

it's actually called "reskilling"... means jobs here we come to low cost countries and out of high cost countries.
What exactly is NA CoE? Assume Center of Excellence??? But what group is this?
Well known fact that more layoffs are coming. My knowledge comes from Customer Advisory in the US. And yes, if you’re a T-5, you better be able to show that you deserve it. It’s been a constant effort over the last couple of years to: 1) not create any more T-5’s 2)Limit T-4 promotions. 3)reclassify jobs to T-2 and T-3. It’s all about saving money (and you get what you pay for). Lotta clueless people in the NA CoE who are going to be looking for jobs soon.
