If you want people to return to the office how about making the office a place people want to return to and not a place people are forced in to. You can start by throwing away 'the list'. You know the one...where they track sapience, badge swipes per week, and badge in/badge out times.

People are pi---d with all this sapience cr-p…how do they measure time spent lounging on the couches or time spent playing ping pong..

Add the parking disaster to BH and it's even worse. Need to add 20 minutes to your commute to deal with parking

I've been back in an office for a few months now and there is more po----g on company time here than I have ever seen. Instead of quiet quitting, people are loudly po----g.

Sounds good but it's not an option. Doing so would require effort from leadership, and also result in increased expenses.
Nope, simpler and cheaper to wield the cudgel and of course that's the path they will take.
