Agree 100% Truist couldn't be any worse off if it offshored exec leadership. It makes as much sense as increasing the # of incompetent exec leaders from 12 to 23. If I couldn't laugh at the people running Truist I would be seeking psychiatric help. The only way to deal with this place is to quietly quit.
Nothing else to do but dig for news bc we can’t work. Nothing works and if we go above and beyond someone will steal our commission and slander us. So quiet quitting is where it’s at. I’ll keep sitting here and doing nothing until I get laid off or new mgmt come in and gives us something to believe in.
How about we find something else to do but post day after day some dig - care would be seeming help
