Anyone else having difficulty accessing the vsp portal to sign documents?

Yes, the ID they said to use was supposed to be your 5+2 and the document stated what the initial password was, but mine did not work, I received an error message. Further, when I tried to search for my ID, using my name and last 4 of my social to retrieve my ID I got another error. However, I reached out to HR answers and opened a case, and they resolved it quickly!

I've been in and out of the portal for a couple weeks, but I'm not leaving until December so when I logged in just now it told me I can't sign until 15 days before my off payroll date.
