Omg yes our district has the same problem.
Message after message, to the group of GM’s.
What we don’t have, what we need and who is beating us. Meanwhile working short staffed, working OT, trying to keep the moral up for the emotional well being of the reps so they don’t walk out. Doing the best we can under the circumstances. Zero support!
Not even a thank you…. I personally feel unappreciated and not valued as a loyal employee who actually cares about the employees and the business!

I see my post about the Albany NY area DM was deleted. Somebody in corporate it’s obviously watching this thread, saw this and reported it. I know there are a lot of people in the Albany area that feel that particular DM was only promoted because they latched themselves onto the Neisha nepotism train, not because they had the necessary skills.

How about verizon do something about the terrible district managers neisha hired instead of flooding the layoff with accounts to downvote any union-related posts ?

@OP+1um7bwdw you know this how? Not asking to out yourself so be careful, just seems like this is a stunt that might get store leadership tossed too.

I heard two of ambers stores (sb and platts) are going to sign w/ the union unless she’s removed from her position…

It makes me feel like I wrote this post myself. I’ve been saying all of these same things for far too long.

Amber Bowman is a perfect example of this. She "visits" meaning she sits in an office with a closed door. Never any attempt to build a relationship with reps or assistant managers. Horrendous waste in payroll is destroying this country.

Probably the same manager that calls you on yours days off because god forbid you have any time off as a manager

There are senior directors that blow up phones with text messages. They don't use slack because slack is monitored and historical messages can be pulled. The senior director is so bad at her job she doesn't know how to communicate, just blows up your phone with text messages and emoji's. Such a waste of time.

I would say most of the DM that Neisha promoted do not really belong in that position. Mediocrity breads mediocrity.

There are way too many district managers. Severely overpaid also for the amount of work they do. They are just texting all day because they got nothing else to do.

Honestly my district manager makes work life harder than what it’s supposed to be…as a manager this job is pretty easy but the constant text messages , the constant “checking in” makes this job unbearable. I’m sorry but what is the need to be a manager of all 9 of your stores? Just sit back and let us managers do the job we were hired to do and watch us shine. Do you see how well we perform when you are on vacation? That should be the sign right there

forget about india in this company folks. It is the fault of the chinese. All of the low sales is because they don't buy from us but only buy from AT&T. All their fault. remember that....

Reminds me of all the Indian leadership in GTS, they think they are in their 3rd world country where they get to bully employees in that manner.
