We were just notified that if the West ratifies their contract, contingency managers from the West will be flown and housed in the SE.

why would you think they are capable of resolving this issue? As a general rule none of them have the skills to resolve an important business problem. and this is the classic example of their failures again.

Would someone from “leadership “ step up and take over the negotiations? Put on your big boy pants and get the job done ✔️
What an embarrassment that this id--tic proposal has been made by the upper management?

Stubborn Stankey will not badge. It will cost T another pile of money. That translates to bigger layoffs. This is the only solution Stankey has for T problems.

That’s weird since the SE managers themselves haven’t fixed anything.

Excuse me for asking but wouldn’t it be more cost effective for T to settle than pay hotel fees, food etc, airport fees?
Just saying

I think the people making these decisions are oblivious to the fact that only a small percentage of SE managers were deployed. I have 5 on my team haven’t been told to report yet.

Damn straight! Let's back up the backbone of this fine institution! Managers looking out for the bottom line! Finally get some support here in the SE. Let's crush the rebels and bring normalization to all pay grades.
$14 a hour for craft and $22.00 hr for bilingual management. 3 shifts of 24hr performance conformance. Subcontractors welcome to apply.

If this is true, what a numbskull plan.

I received an email from my contingency manager and he said the same thing. If the west cwa 9 ratifies their contract this week, we may be forced to go to the southeast.
Also an email went out to AFO management asking for volunteers to be housed abroad in the southeast region for strike duty.
