SE Bargaining Report #59

"We, your Bargaining Team, also spent the day fighting for what's right for all our members."

Now why does that sound familiar and make me laugh? Oh yeah, Harry Potter movie 7....
"We, ever your servants, will continue to defend your liberty and repel the forces that seek to take it from you! Your Ministry remains, strong."

"Significant and lower aren’t numbers. I’m curious to know exactly what specific increase/decrease amounts it is I’m being asked to miss paychecks for."

Subsequent updates have also said they 'can't' give any more specifics as it might give away too much; just trust that they're working for everything the members want. I take that as they are asking for the maximum in every single category and not willing to give up a little in one area to get more in another.

Update 46:
The package included all the common interest items that our members have expressed they want including wage increases, improvements to the health care plan with lower costs, pension increases, 401k improvements and a no layoff guarantee.

I have prevailed. The boot is on the underlings necks. Who wishes to question my authority and authenticity.

Stankey is cranky.

what specifically are our economic wage demands & our benefits and insurance needs?

The previous updates (#45 specifically) says the union wants "Significant [wage] increase over the life of the contract," and "Monthly [healthcare] premiums that are lower than today." That's as specific as they have divulged, though Update #45 does include specifics on 401k wishes and a few other less specific demands.

The lower premiums, with almost near certainty, won't happen. Even staying the same may be a pipe dream since the cost of healthcare is on par or above inflation rates.

Mine would be at least half of what Stankey received 13% for one year. I didn’t even lose any money for the company….Sooo

Spoken by a true man of distinction, his keyboard speaks the wisdom of Stankey.

I think the Bargaining Team wants to maintain the illusion for their members, that they still have the upper hand and are "Fighting the Good Fight!" Meanwhile, real people are anxious and bearing the burden... both physically and financially.

This is why the Union forces have no power over our inevitable market decline. A dying host will extinguish their parasitic habits. We shall starve them, and the dwindling consumer base , into submission .
All hail AT&T global superiority!!!!!!!!!

Just now getting off of the "Disaster" zoom call. We addressed the probable back lash from the Disney F'up. Best idea came from some dweeb Sam, wanting to portray Snow White as black. Wonderful, who would have thought. Another was to use AI to portray Mini as a Only Fans ho---r, another winner. Keep thinking team, until tomorrow.

AT&T Southeast Bargaining Report #59

Upon meeting with the Company today, they provided a common interest package that did not meet the economic wage demands of our members, nor did it provide for our benefits and insurance needs.

Perhaps the answer is buried in one of the early updates, but I must have missed it, so I respectfully ask, what specifically are our economic wage demands & our benefits and insurance needs?
