That’s what happens when you lay off so many people wholesale without a general idea of what you actually want to achieve. I don’t know how your team looks like, but mine feels like it’s missing at least half of the workforce necessary to complete simple daily tasks. Mgmt still has no clue how to organize work.

What teams are you in?
Ours either, which makes it even more challenging for the team to understand what's going on. We know we let go of some of the really good talent and a few leaders who were actually great leaders. We also had a bunch of people demoted. All of this and I still have no idea what the strategy is, what my role actually is since we lost so many people, and it's clear to me that even the senior leaders in our organization do not agree on what we should be doing. This company is a mess and I don't see how we get out of it.
