DTV/uVerse loses Disney/ESPN programming

Does AT&T still own 70% of DTV? If so, I assume this outage is going to cause more revenue issues for AT&T.

Yes they do. Wait until this weekend and see the uprising if ESPN is not on!

At the start of football season? Brilliant minds over at DTV. Don’t subscribe, but if I did this would cause me to unsubscribe. More massive subscriber losses for DTV.

Another fine deal made by the Stink - buy high, sell low, keep the debt!

Yes, T does still have a 70% stake. As part of the agreement, AT&T 's option to sell its stake was available after July 31, 2024. So unless it was all lined up and signed last month, it's still in the portfolio. I doubt a buyer would have agreed to buy without a new agreement already in place with Disney.
