You must have forgotten that Charlie got rid of what he called cultists behavior, first get rid of team member and replace with employee. He doesn’t want wells to be a cult. You’re just an employee, a number to him. No such thing as compassion for fellow teammates. It’s not a sport he says.

What large corporation doesn’t feel like a cult these days? All the DEI initiatives alone feels extremely cultish to me.
@nvi+1ujc2Nb2 - right after he came on board. Changed us all to "employees", Team Members. Huge amount of money and wasted development/coding time spent to make these changes to all our internal systems.
He does look like he barely weighs in at 150 (soaking wet). I don't understand what is wrong with the term "Team Member". When did he say this?

I think he was the kid who got de-pantsed and beat up for his lunch money by the sports kids and shoved in a locker! If he knew anything about "teams" he would know they fight for and protect one another and step up to fill in when needed - and of their own accord. Charlie, the atmosphere around this "team" you despise so much is of willing camaraderie. Not like the prison/dictatorship atmosphere you have created around here!
