This company is a joke and most likely getting out of dsd next year. The writing is on the wall. Get out now!

100% it's a nightmare being a rep. All I do is merchandise. It's a mess..
Man if you guys are reps, you must have a full staff of decent ftows, because being a rep on my territory is constant merching, and in my free time I’m pushed to get displays at 8 Walmarts. Which if I do it’s gone in a week, then if i try to get it back, they’re like, we already gave you a display for that….
Bc I get paid to drive around in the Malibu all day
Low stress hahahahha you must be in management or one of the lazy sales reps that sits in his car all day
Why am I still here:
- Monday-Friday
- 40-42 hours a week
- Good amount of pto and holiday pay
- Company car with unlimited personal use.
- Low stress, active position.
- Just the right amount of interaction with co-workers and customers.
Waiting for a severance package is a real bad idea! Take the lead with your life and find a new job! So much better to find a job when you have a job! 6 months goes by in a flash and don’t forget you still have to pay taxes on unemployment and get health insurance!
Signs that one should plan an exit strategy sooner than later:
- When an RMS wants you to swap any PTO day/days that you were given.
- When you are in constant disagreement with management even if you know you are in the right.
- A lead rep, in a form of a group chat also involving management, calls you out for something that you weren't involved in. Then, you step up and tell that culprit go ahead an speak to the part-timer yourself and he realized he fkkkd up.
- Waking up and then falling asleep as you dread what's the point.
- I should add on but y'all feel free to express how things truly are.
I'm waiting for the severance package!
6 months and 6 months of unemployment
SR that’s been with company for almost 9 years, planning my exit strategy for the end of this year cause i just can’t do it anymore….
Oh please. Yall have been crying the impending doom dsd exit since Kellogs left in 2017. Man up, get another job and move on with your lives.
