Only non Oak Street are in process of being let go. Yeah outsourced completely. C-suite Gone too. Any job that can be sent out of the country is already redundant and the claim will be made no longer needed because $7.25 is just too much for any employee to make an hour wasting their money. As for the Store positions Temps only and you will be out on a temp contract and let go right before you become full time. This is the way across all business Wall Street ain't playing and AI is coming to replace any job that can be paid $0.
No warn notice posted yet. I’ve heard they’ll inform end of Q3, but termination not until December.
You can find the severance policy on colleaguezone
Also heard October from a reliable source. No info on which BU's.
What do we know about severance packages from prior layoff cycles?
If you have anything to do with open enrollment, you should be safe!
You will get a last minute email for a meeting with your manager or some were done in groups. The large group meetings were titled something like Business Update. Good luck to all! It’s really a tough market right now.
My department has stated we aren’t going to affected even though we are customer facing as sales reps. How does the layoff happen then. Do they tell us to sit by the phone for a call from HR? Are our systems cut off? Do they give us 60 days since Open Enrollment is 11/1? I have no clue on what to expect
thats 29 more days to go...as the news now is October..keep sharing info. good luck everyone
