Hope you don’t have holiday plans. Was informed in a leadership meeting that corporate and more and more state plans will no longer allow vacation days on Thanksgiving and Christmas Days. Look for the holiday calendar and policies to be updated next year to reflect this and expect to be disciplined if you don’t break plans you’ve already made for this year. Expect more mandatory weekend work for mid level to team leadership and all team members.

What state?
im confused why you limit yourself to a high risk clown company like molina, especially if you are IT. Think about it, higher risk and liability for cyber threat due to all the personal data that scammers want, less pay because they are stingy a--holes that make you work holiday. check out if your employee email addresses there has been pawnd and havr a good laugh. ask yourself ehy they never notified you of breach after you find out how cr-ppy your cyber team is lulz
We are f-ckd-up here in IT. Most of them are Indians and friends of CIO (Amir). No respect and regard for personal lives and holidays or weekends.
What layoffs are you referencing?
I am a corporate employee and my team and our supervisor have to work Thanksgiving and half day on Christmas.
There are some states that require stricter TAT so holiday work is mandatory.
