I was with Monedelez for almost two years. It didn’t take me long to realize that all it had to offer was a temporary or transitional job. Not to me personally, but by design. It took me six months to start feeling stuck. During my time I didn’t see a minimal effort to change or advance the business model, but I did see the bad management, especially at mid level. I decided early to take time and look for other opportunities. A very good one finally presented itself, and I left. I would advise anybody who looks to actually progress in their career, or look for better pay and benefits, as well as wanting to be a part of a company to actually go somewhere, leave.

Everyone needs to get out. Mission 1 is a disaster
Congrats!! You nailed it, mid management has completely ruined this company. The business retail model doesn’t help, but it had a chance if mid management supported their employees. Nope, instead they blame them! Our DM is a raging alcoholic and has been for years. He’s been privy to business activity that is so illegal, gotta keep him around! One day the doors will blow off and the truth be known. Get out!!
