Will be going up to $50MM in client revenues very soon. Change is in the air…. Wouldn’t be surprised of some role changes.

The challenge isn’t just about scaling up to $50M; it’s that many of the BBRMs I work with aren’t equipped or confident enough to operate effectively at that level. Most tend to hover just above the SMB/SBS threshold, with few securing deals exceeding $5M.
There’s a pressing need for restructuring within BB leadership. Executive leaders and SVPs have maintained the current, underperforming leadership structure for too long.
