Is it worth it anymore? Come in, huddle, pretend that I’m happy, help customers, leave the damn branch for my miserable 45 minute lunch, come back and help customers, leave 15 minutes after branch closes to only be reminded that I hate my job. I wasn’t like this before. I loved my job before. I loved my team. I still have hope that tomorrow will be better tomorrow but I don’t know how long I can last lying to myself. Is that grass really greener on the other side?

Hey OP the grass over there isn’t greener over there, it’s just different grass.
Try and ignore the corporate flavor of the moment and collect that check until something better comes along
