At least that CIO might actually have a passing acquaintence with technology. Unlike the current CTO that is baffled if a power switch has a 1 and a 0.

The CTO who does happen to have six positions listed on LinkedIn with dates in the 2020s. I'm sure he's committed to this position though. His immediate desires for change are well considered and planned out to result in postive benefits over the long term and not just this quarter.
