Can’t wait to be free from his control, manipulation and corporate politic games. Fu--ing hate working here so much. Worst manager I’ve ever had

My manager is leaving this week. Glad to see him go. He and the VGS director, who we understand is leaving in December , have left Virginia buildings a mess. Our manager was semi retired for the last five years and did nothing. The Director, who is based out of Atlanta is coming here today- it’s his first time here in three years!! He was useless as a leader. And from what we know Florida is also a mess. Once this Director is gone we hope things will improve.
drain that swamp in Miami ! , it is indeed full of useless leaders.
Lucky you
I encourage all of you that are leaving after your last day to name these managers that are horrible so they cannot get more power as these posts are reviewed by building 4 regularly. They did you wrong do them wrong!!!
@2gfk+1ue4Rtu9 two weeks left with VZ. Same for me, two weeks left. They are making us suffer more for taking the VSP. Make this make sense.
Stop complaining and take control of your on destiny already. Get the guts to leave VZ and go elsewhere if you hate it so much.
I had one too. Unfortunately, these narcissists have their ways of surviving, especially under highly risk averse bosses. Their “skills” in dodging responsibility and finding others to blame (narcissists never admits to any wrongdoing) comes handy when weak management are looking for scapegoats. Too sad Verizon keeps these types of managers around, partly explains why bold changes/initiatives either wither out, or DoA.
Assembly line with no parts
GNT is reactive instead of proactive. They say "Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part." They are making everything an emergency.
GnT is correct
Yes GnT the worst group to be under this fool. Network operations is ran like an assembly line time card pushing factory … so over it
GNT?
