Get your doctor to fill out the disability paperwork saying you can’t do the work functions. I mean were boomers, it’s believable.

So glad I was let go last year and don’t ever have to worry about this. Good luck to all those that have been called for cp duty. Training is a joke. We just sat around for a week or so last time.

The training was a joke, and even the tech managers know this. They learned in 2019 that all the management employees will show up and not know how to do anything. Bring a could book and your charging cable so that you can watch Netflix (not Max) all day long.

Just fake it and find a place to hide out, that's the normal MO for management.

Just follow the EH&S policies and use common sense. You’ll be just fine. A great deal of OTJ incidents are due to techs acting foolishly and not following basic safety precautions. They are union techs after all and we know how great they are at following instructions and adhering to process.

Trust your training. If you paid attention and took the training seriously, you will be fine.

Doctors note…. It’ll be back to 90+ even before heat index this week. No one is willing to relocate for this company so there’s damn sure no one willing to die for these goons trying to work people 12 hours a day in this heat…
