1kxn you got off easy. Our team was forced to come up with “action plans “ detailing what we were going to do to solve the problems that came up in the survey. We actually had to do presentations to our manager - the reason for the discontent.
Survey doesn’t say anonymous
I'm retired from WFC now, but I remember doing these surveys. One year, a category was rated particularly low by the employees in our group. The solution was that management required everyone to read a particular book on the subject in question on their own time.
Highly motivating to give honest answers going forward.... NOT!!!
The best possible way to send the execs a message is to not take the survey. ANY other option will be used against you.
