Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Layoff for Cheater Workers......

Cheaper is not always better. Cheaper workers lead to more profitable downtime impacting profits...consolidated high paid workers that understand business logic and profitability would be better...it has literally become a s#$# show. My opinions are solely my own

IT was outsourced to India and usually under the guise of cheaper workers and support. I remember at one mega insurance firm when that was done and every shill said "it will fix windows problems cheaperfasterbetter" Yeah, right. Went to he-l. Server backups failed and procedures ruled.

You just don't understand Franks Vision. See, once all of the cheaper workers are together in the same office building, then the revenue will start growing through the power of Friendship and Magic! We just have to get rid of all the remote employees who have things like knowledge and experience. When has knowledge and experience ever increased revenue at Fiserv? Don't bother answering. Frank has already made up his mind and no amount of evidence or congressional hearings will change it.
