I see job growth doublin in 2925.
Monday -Thursday on site, Friday optional WFH.
There are plenty of companies around Dublin offering more flexibility and people are leaving.
There is a bad housing crisis happening in Dublin at the minute and people can’t afford to live close enough to the office to make the commute tolerable.
Is there a hybrid policy
That was not listed as one of the five go-forward locations. It appears that the staff read the writing on the wall.

People aren’t willing to put up with their sh-t any more, simple as. HR director left (KM) and they’ve got a new yes man tyrant in, which hasn’t helped things at all.
They can’t even get graduates in due to the in office policies. It’s a joke.
