Our Majors VP and SED are only about self-promoting themselves. Everything that these two do is about them and not the leadership and ICs under them. This is the worst the toxicity has ever been and it is directly attributed to these two.

The Majors SED is only worried about her and promoting herself. She wants to be a VP but does nothing for the leaders and engineers. Morale is at its lowest with her self-promoting agenda.
Toxicity transcends all groups. Just some are more pronounced than others.
Leadership wants all the trappings of being an established revenue generator; yet, want to pretend they are still a start up. They falsely believe that keeps everyone hungry. What it does it make leadership appear to be unsophisticated and unable to evolve. The customers that drive PANW deserve more. More stability. More established talent (not this rotating door). It's time the board votes to "Do Better".
These two have been this way their entire careers.
Agree with OP. Those two take credit for everything for their own benefit. They are only all about their status, their platform, and getting promoted. They do nothing to help their Leaders, Sellers, and Consultants (Engineers) unless it helps them.
