Some people expect it due to the change at the top. I hope we don’t. I badly need some breather time after everything that’s been happening for a year now. Purely for the reasons of preserving sanity.

I hope so
No, one of the biggest problems highlighted by analysts and Elliot was our broken culture. It’s a key focus for him. I doubt the first thing he would approve is layoffs to break morale further. Maybe at his table he will change some leaders out, but I don’t see it happening further.
Does it matter if there are or not? None of us can control that. What we can control is what we do. You should always be applying and interviewing. I had an interview scheduled for every day of the layoff announcement week and fully expected to get the HR email. I didn't and I also got job offers the following few weeks, but decided to stay, for now.
If you want sanity, continuously apply and be interviewing especially for the next step in your career. You want to leave on your own terms layoffs or not.
Too many roles were cut that the org isn’t functioning. Maybe you’ll see some small downsizing tweaks here or there, but nothing extreme. My guess is a lot of the work will be restoring the damage done by the previous round of layoffs, because it’s clear we cut too much. Nothing is functioning as it should after the JD reorg.
No. Doubtful. So many roles are posted.
Look at the actual balance sheet. we still have better margins than anyone else in the industry
