At this point, it seems like sales is just a lot of retail individuals, some college students and a mix of people who know their resources and techs. It was very interesting to hear our SVP say that they're doing changes on how talent is brought but doesn't apply to internal hires.
Q1 2025 is about to be some crazy ride.
