Thread regarding CVS layoffs

The mighty Michelle Peluso just resigned.

Karren's best buddy and #2.

This should tell you everything you need to know.

yeah yeah, I'm sure it's a great opportunity for her... but for sure she told people she wanted out of CVS.

Maybe she will leave Nike too. People need to stop buying their shoes. Way to many kangaroo's have been shot in the head for their skin to make their shoes!

She became CEO of Revlon. What’s the point of this post!

She seemed sincere and extremely nice, I knew she wasn’t going to last when she started asking employees their feelings. I liked her and wish her well

It's never a good sign when executives jump ship. It's always the "leaving for better opportunities" bit. And then the CEO says "we appreciate the many years of service and wish them well in their new endeavor." However, all that is just public posturing, designed to make everything seem ok. The real story or issue is why did they leave in the first place? With everything currently happening at CVS right now you really gotta wonder why Michelle left. Part of me wonders if another executive fell on their sword to protect Karen's job. And was just fortunate to find a better gig.

Horse face may not realize she is leaving one sinking ship to board another...."“It’s a dream job to lead such an accomplished team around the world to ensure the truly beloved brands of Revlon, Elizabeth Arden, and the broader portfolio shine for the next generation of beauty shoppers,” Peluso wrote

I’ll probably get downvoted into oblivion for saying this, but MP was actually one of the few ELT members I’ve ever genuinely liked and respected, and I’ve been with the company for nearly 20 years and countless leadership changes. She’s no-nonsense but also sincere, genuinely interested in listening to others, and the two times I’ve interacted with her personally she treated me (and the others in the room) like actual people and actually listened to what we had to say instead of what she wanted to hear, which is rare in this day and age of the company. Most of the others act like we should feel privileged to be in their presence, let alone all the rest.

What happens to the department she was responsible for will be telling. of MP's departure had a reference as to working through organizational options-- internal replacement of departmental dismantling?

Amazing that Karen communicates this but I still don’t know who was laid off in my department. How can any transition happen???? Disgrace.

They demoted Peluso over 1 year ago. The writing has been on the wall for her. Plus she got a CEO job at Revlon which is way better than whatever she’s doing now.

Karen's Rats are leaving her sinking ship.

She dumped her CFO Brian Kane to take the fall for her decisions on bidding on government programs.

A bit ago Ahmed Hassan took over HealthSpire. He bailed after ki-ling HDMS. Then the Alexa Berk on that group bailed. Start calling it DeathSpire.

Today we hear about Michelle Peluso.

Oh, and don't forget the hundreds in CT and RI. Likely more to come in smaller batches so they don't have to do WARN notices.
