why do they need the hub? If it is digital, why staff in GA?
Digital Hub is an effort to hire T-2's (and phase out more T-4 jobs). Legacy presales has a lot of long-time folks that are in the upper T-4 range. And the company hates that. They're trying to push more work to Digital Hub - hey...just have an inexperienced T-2 send out recorded demos or just read a standard script. Sure....give it a try...ask customers to shell out millions of dollars and not be able to provide subject matter experts for them to talk to. Digital Hub is a cost cutting move - and many people who are in the Hub are inexperienced.
