What’s up with Well Being week announced a year early? Something bigger going on?

Nothing unusual. They started announcing it at least 10 months out due to employee feedback. Making travel plans and coordinating time off with family and friends takes time. The more notice the better. Get off the Internet, do some deep breathing and lose the paranoia.
Paranoid much? It's literally been announced this time of year for ages now. People book their personal travel in advance, ya know? They often need to coordinate their leave with spouses etc. That's why it's announced early. You're welcome.
