I'm close to landing a new job and I'd love to tell CVS every single reason why I'm leaving. And there are so, so many of them. I doubt they care enough for it to make any difference, but it will certainly make me feel better to get it all out after the he-l they've put us through in the last several years.

A former colleague had to ask for an exit interview. Like others have said, they don’t care. If you don’t already know, a good portion of HR is outsourced.
Why would you waste your time?
The SVPs and above are toxic and do not care. All about vendor and AI adoption. They rake in their mills while we struggle. Ain’t it grand. Heart at Work is literal BS. It’s all media propaganda, anything CVS does.
They could care less
Nope.
Don't waste your time. No one cares. Not just CVS, most corporations don't give a flying f*ck why YOU are leaving. You're not that special.
My husband just gave his notice and was told there will be an “exit survey” but not an exit interview 🙄
Total waste of energy.
Take your win and just leave the field of play.
When i left last year i told the HR rep it was legitimately because i wanted to spend more time skateboarding.
I think everyone on the way out should speak to HR and do a skip level where you talk to your bosses boss. Many toxic people manage up well so it is possible the VP does not know how bad the executive director is. If done in a respectful way it is not burning bridges.
Walk out and put your thoughts online. Nobody at CVS will listen. They know that they have no capacity to listen. That is why they have the costly annual survey where they retaliate against people with constructive ideas. It is a vast garbage heap.
Complain whatever you want, it doesn’t matter. They don’t care.
They don’t care and makes no difference. Go ahead and complain here if you want but guess what, we don’t care either.
As someone else said it’s not smart to burn bridges you may need to walk over one day.
Yeah just put it in your email to your hiring manager and cc HR. It won't make a difference it's just you burning the network bridge. Just remember this industry is a small world and we all end up bumping into each other at some point in time
The best exit interview is a zero notice quit.
You should, but it is CVS…
