Way to make it harder for remote employees to be in the office (JR)

JR building and BOE:
"We're only sending an email to those who have no choice and have to come in."
"We're moving where your team sits, not telling your remote teammates, and we're reducing the number of desks you have. So even if your remote teammates want to come in, they get to fight for a seat."
"Oh. You sit in your new spot next week."
"Your locker? New lockers ... but ONLY for people forced to come in. Remote workers may or may not get a locker ... because we want to make it even harder for them to come in."
"AND ... We waited until the last minute to tell your Admins."

What a cluster.

Allow everyone to choose remote or not or end it for all. The companies where it actually works did this.

It's just getting worse.
Who designed this plan?
What a total mess.

So many more people have bern coming in.
Not everyone WANTED to be remote. It was randomly assigned after some other half-baked decisions. Now it is getting worse.
SO DISRUPTIVE.

Yeah sorry I am remote and don't see the issue. Us remote people should not be ja--ing resources from people who NEED them. We already have it way easier.

It’s unfortunate when directors or VPs sit close enough to physically interact with ICs on a daily basis.
This is because directors and VPs are excluded from our review during mid/end year 360° feedback, so there is no official routine way of holding their actions in account.
Fųcking gross.

Just be a director or VP who get their own spaces and food. While us minions fight over open seating and leftover VP food.

If you’re a remote and trying to come in and use the resources of people that are required to be in office, you are the reason it is a cluster.
