“Sad to see the place I worked for 30 years with such sunken morale because the CEO feels like he has to follow the lead of Jamie Dimon and Mark Zuckerberg. The decision to force relocation, crowd the office, and throw away virtual office will haunt the company for years.”
Stankey is a loser, a follower.
All he does is talk about what his “peers” do. They literally can’t come up with anything on their own.
RTO was about attrition; it was a veiled layoff. Proof is in the severance I and many others took instead of moving on our own dime to Dallas.

Rising tide lifts all boats. This has absolutely nothing to do with the street liking the stock lol. KEEP DREAMING!
It’s actually hilarious dum dums think this has anything what so ever to do with RTO.
This has to do with attrition, cutting real estate, selling off junk assets (Dish), and interest rates, nothing more.
No one on wall-street has ever said “oh man Stankey put the workers back in the office, let’s drop $50m on some T”
People who think this are fu--ing mo--ns who shouldn’t even be allowed to own stock.
“Wait for it, because it will drop as quickly as it went up guaranteed. If you have been with T long enough you know this to be true.”
Yep, whole market is going up, if you just held VOO you’d be up almost the same as T - if you sell T to buy actual good individual stocks you’ll be up more.
My whole portfolio is up 30% overall YTD already.
I still sell trash T the second it hits the port.
It’s Garbo-trash and will come right back down.
Tons of better dividend options out there as well.
I just use the RSU’s and Stock match as capital, get rid of them as soon as they vest and buy something else - goal is to hold 0 T.
Go Stankey. Go AT&T.
Agree that this is a distinct possibility. IMO a lot will depend on how much negative impact the strike made for the quarter.
Wait for it, because it will drop as quickly as it went up guaranteed.
If you have been with T long enough you know this to be true.
After this will there be any initiatives left from the Stephenson era?
T is moving in the right direction. RTO is working.
Go away Stink!
You S U C K!
