You should be afraid...very afraid. Start looking now because more layoffs are on the horizon. Don't be a chump..this company is in real trouble...

People trying to instill fear on this site I think are taking away from the site's value. If you have concrete, factual information about layoffs (Ex: What LOB? What dept? What teams?) that can be of some help.
Speculation about age and race discrimination I think should be addressed by speaking with an attorney. Nothing productive can come of that on this forum.
Honestly, people should ONLY be mentioning layoffs here because that's the purpose of this board. If others don't want to hear it, they can just stay away.
That said, unless people have new information to offer, there should be no new posts day after day. At this point until we get closer to the next round, 99% of the posts are just hot air in the form of useless complaining, finger-pointing, tear-shedding, and rehashing of the same info that's already been discussed in threads posted the last two weeks.

Not a corporate plant. Why do you want people to live in fear. The point is, EVERYONE knows there may be more layoffs in the future. Until there is more concrete information, it does no good to tell everyone to be afraid. Why do you insist on constantly posting this?
