Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Working for this company is like working for a startup but without the income

This place is basically put in startup mode by execs that come and go every ~2 years. The ICs get paid peanuts and nothing meaningful really gets produced because of flip flopping / short tenures. Rinse and repeat.
So basically a bad startup.

Go pick up a job at a startup and make a better income, then.

Uneducated/Diploma Mill Uni of Phoenix Caucasian White Female Analysts paid over $100,000 Salaries
Educated (Ivy League Graduates) Minority Female Analysts paid Less $60,000 Salaries

There is something wrong with this company.

CVS su-ks but this a bit inaccurate, you haven’t worked for a bad startup believe me.

CVS at moves super slow and it’s nothing like the pace you’d get at a startup. At start ups there are no defined layoff periods either, you could be out tmrw.
