What about center of excellence? That's been around for years (long before mo--n Kane). COE MEDICARE was started up same time as MEDICAID Provider Experience counterpart.
PE was obliterated by JGD reign last three years. She ba----dized PE that was finally working well until she came along to bring her Medicare processes like prms. COE is a bunch of knuckle heads who don't know data and databases trying to dump there garbage into our payer system constantly. How did COE ever survive last three years and PE was obliterated is just the evidence of dysfunctional leadership who don't take the time to learn regulatory Medicaid before fu--ing it up with their COE knuckle heads.

KL’s leadership team meeting that was scheduled for Monday through Wednesday this week in Boston was canceled. Seems she either figured out on her own (or more likely someone told her) that the timing was terrible. Or it could be that she’s too distracted by whatever the board has been working on.

When re-orging by Regions of the country doesn't work, and Reorging by size of client doesn't work. Try reorging by Function.
