Judgement day will come shortly after Q3 performance result is released. If the company performs well, then we can be safe for the rest of year. Otherwise, layoff will be announced shortly after general election day ends.

Fall RIFs, which have occurred nearly yearly in late October to early November since 2016, aren’t just planned overnight, so I doubt that a RIF results from this information that quickly. My guess is thatRIFs secondary to the information as well as AEP results will happen in late January or late April. if we totally tank in AEP, there will not be nearly as many members to take care of which means the Medicare and Medicaid markets will not need as many people to take care of the members.
The company retained its yearly EPS (which is above estimation at the SoY) in its STARS press release. Id imagine they are at par or vesting YoY EPs still to say that less than a month prior to Q3 results.
